Where are you located?

How do you charge?

Because we offer multiple services and each are priced differently we recommend that you request an estimate from us online, or give us a call at: 0401-796-536. Be sure to specify what your specifically looking for and we'll use this in our estimation process. However, for window cleaning our pricing is based on a number of factors including window size, accessibility, and of course, quantity. Due to these and other reasons, it is difficult to set standardized across-the-board pricing as the needs of each home can differ substantially. To find out what the cost would be to have the windows of your home cleaned, request a free quote today. For gutter cleaning there are a few factors as well, accessibility and volume of debris being foremost of these.


Do you charge GST?

For all our residential customers GST is not charged on our price - the price presented is the total.


Do I need to be home for the price quote?

No. As long as we have access around the house to have a look at everything pricing is being requested for, we can gladly leave the estimate at a convenient location for when you return, such as in front-entrance mailbox or under the mat. If you would like electronic correspondence, simply let us know in the message box on our contact page.


How long does a quote last?

All estimates are valid for 30 days. For bookings with a more-than-thirty-day turnaround, please contact us at: 0401-796-536.


We recieved a quote but are on a tight budget, what can you do for us?

Great question! Unless specific requests are made, our pricing assumes that you want the best possible window cleaning. We are currently in the process of devising specialized pricing for respective levels of quality to better accommodate customer needs. In the meantime, you can freely let us know if you have something else in mind and we will modify our criteria and pricing accordingly to make sure that you are going to be no less than fully satisfied with what you receive.


Do you do price matching?

Yes we absolutely do. We will match any reasonable pricing. Just show us the quote you received and we'll match it! Regardless what the agreed upon price for the job is.


How long will it take to have my windows cleaned?

Time required for cleaning is different for each job. Depending on the size and whether we are cleaning both sides, it can take up to two business days to complete all work for larger jobs. However, in most cases the work is usually done in full on the booking date and is anywhere from 6 to 8 hours for completion.


Do I need to be home when I schedule a cleaning?

Naturally the only service that requires inside access is when cleaning of your inside windows is requested. Many customers prefer to maximize the benefit of a cleaning by having both sides done. Cleaning outside windows may require coordination when screen cleaning services are requested & removal is necessary from inside. In rare cases, due to accessibility, we may need to access certain outside windows from inside. For all other servicing such as gutter cleaning, we are working strictly outside.


What are my options for payment? I may not be home that day.

No problem. Payment can be made by (1) pick up at a time convenient for you, or (2) cheque sent by mail to: 2/34 BOOKER PDE, GOLDEN BEACH, QLD or (3) electronic transfer. Please call us if you would like to arrange to make payment for services.


When is payment for services due?

Payment for residential customers are due and payable immediately following completion of services requested. Services rendered for commercial customers are payable in 30 days or 1 full month whichever occurs first. Please note Will's Window Cleaning reserves the right to request a deposit for any large job that requires 2 or more days.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cheque, cash, electronic & email transfers. Alternative forms of payment will be made available. If you have any questions about payment, let us know.
